These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by SK Printing Outlet ("we," "us," or "our"), which offers print-on-demand 3D printed figurines. By placing an order, using our website, or engaging with our products, you ("you" or "customer") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Overview of Services SK Printing Outlet offers custom, print-on-demand 3D printed figurines based on our current and growing garage kits list. Our products are made to order and are produced using advanced 3D printing technology.

2. Order and Payment

  • Order Acceptance: Once an order is placed through our website or other designated channels, it will be processed based on the details provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time due to inaccuracies, payment issues, or other reasons.
  • Payment: All payments must be made in full before production begins. Prices for products and services are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
  • Taxes and Shipping: All applicable taxes, fees, and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Taxes are calculated based on the shipping address provided.

3. Custom/Personal Commissions

  • Terms and Services for Personal Commissions Only

    • 1. I am only accepting payment for personal commissions via PayPal.

      2. An Invoice will be sent to you once we come to an agreement on the commission.

      3. After agreement (via email) and payment (via PayPal, I will send you an email that I have received the payment), I will immediately be working on your commission. I will focus on every detail of the model, and to get it to you as soon as possible. If you decide to cancel the commission 24 hours after I have accepted the payment, I will give you a 75% refund. Any time after 24 hours from when I have received the payment, I can no longer issue any amount of a refund.

      4. I am always determined and committed to finish the commission as soon as I can, I will be giving you weekly updates on your model via emails, or instagram, facebook, or tiktok (which ever one is easier for you!). I want to be communicative and understanding what you want on your 3D model. Please don't be afraid to reach out if you have any questions.โ€‹โ€‹

      5. These 3d models can take up to 2-4 weeks to complete and ship to you due to any issues that might happen along the process such as print errors and other models that I am working on at the time.

      6. If you want to have a NSFW model commissioned, YOU MUST be at least 18 years of age or older. Once you have filled out my commission form for wanting a NSFW model, YOU ARE CONFIRMING that you are at least 18 years of age or older.

      7. On my commission form, I will be collecting general information from you such as your name, date of birth (in case you are asking for a NSFW Commission), and email just so I know who I am working with. When the model is completed, I will sent you a notice email and have you fill out another form for your address so I can handle mailing and shipping to get it to you as soon as possible

4. Production and Delivery

  • Production Time: Production times vary based on the complexity of the order and availability of materials. Estimated production times will be provided at the time of order, but they are not guaranteed.
  • Shipping: Shipping times are estimates and may be subject to delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other external factors.
  • Packaging: We package products securely to ensure safe delivery. However, we are not liable for damage caused during shipping.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All intellectual property rights to the designs, models, and concepts created by [Your Company Name] remain with the company unless explicitly transferred to the customer as part of a specific agreement.
  • Customer Designs: You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights to designs you submit for printing. However, by submitting designs, you grant [Your Company Name] a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the designs for production purposes.

7. Liability

  • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, SK Printing Outlet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our products or services.
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if such failure is due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or disruptions in supply chains.

8. Privacy By placing an order, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how your personal data is collected, used, and protected. Your personal information will only be used to process orders and communicate with you about your purchase.

9. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the revised Terms will become effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wisconsin/USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Wisconsin/USA.
