Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. The printed model must not be damaged and must be wrapped carefully before returning the model. We will not be responsible for covering the shipping cost. The buyer will be responsible for any loss in value of the product. 

Personal Commissions:

If you have requested a Personal Commission to be printed and/or painted by me, I will not be accepting any returns or refunds after the model has been delivered. Via the terms and services, after payment has been accepted via PayPal, there will a 24-hour grace period for you to cancel your commission and you will receive a 75% refund. Anytime after 24 hours of payment being accepted I will not be able to issue a refund.
